Good hotel, recommend for staying with family with kids 5+
Stayed here in Aug, 2017 with family (grandma, wife and kid 1.5 y.o.)
Great animation, good rooms, furniture in the rooms, climate control, room service
Food was variable, fresh fruits, good choice of meals, meet, soups snacks etc.
Lack of variety of meals for kids/infants: the same dishes during the week like sweet kasha, boiled eggs and vegetables, chicken and steamed burgers. There were no hot milk at all.
Pluses – there is blander, cold yogurts and sweet milk (packaged) and juice. So for kids 5+ y.o. meals are Ok. But for our case (we were 1.5 when we stayed in this hotel) – to find a meal for our kid were quite complicated task.
Drinks in bars – different, but if you’d like to order good one you have to mentioned brand otherwise you will be served with local or not the best one?
Ice cream and snacks are served by certain schedule between the basic serving, so if you missed breakfast or lunch you can have a snack almost any time on a bar.
Perfect animation in the evening, every day new performance. At 8 pm performance and animation and disco for kids.
Territory is green with nice landscaping.
The worst thing which we faced here – reception. Staff there were sometimes quite rude and not kind enough for 5* hotel and this damage overall good impression of the hotel.
Plus, check in process is not comfortable at all. We have early flight and arrived to the hotel about 11 am. Check in time is at 2 pm. On reception we were offered to have a “tour” around the hotel territory and were granted with passes – so we have possibility to have lunch, snacks etc. But we were travelling with an infant and no possibility for earlier check-in were offered. To be honest that was the first time when we had such a situation during 10 years of travelling over the world. We had to wait till 2 pm to get our keys, our kid were nervous as was tired and needed to have afternoon sleep. And we were waiting for 3+ hours for check in. I believe that 5* hotel should have possibility to check in guests within 1 hour maximum.
