We are regular guests of Jaz Elite Palace.

Since 2012, we have visited the Iberotel Palace (Sharm el-Sheikh) and Iberotel Makadi Beach (Madinat Makadi, Hurghada) hotels many times (5 or 6). Two months ago, we were guests of Jaz Elite Palace.

This time, we have an important occasion during our visit from September 1st to September 11th – my wife's birthday is September 4th.

In this regard, if possible, I ask you to provide a free upgrade of my room (if possible, superior partial sea view or others).
