Здравствуйте! Приятная новость,что отель окрывается! Как планируется организация системы питания в 2021г? Отзывы за 2020г крайне негативны- резкое сокращение количества блюд (выбор из 2-3 блюд основного меню),'контитентальная' система, ожидание официанта по 1.5- 2 часа... Планируется ли оставить шведский стол и закрепить персонал,который будет наполнять блюда по выбору отдыхающих? Спасибо заранее за ответ.

Hotel has opened yesterday and the buffet also.

Concerning the reviews of 2020, the first days of operation we had waiter service due to strict protocols that we had to follow and then we had changed it and everything was fine.
