Здравствуйте меня зовут Лариса отдыхала я с 7 января этого месяца по 13 января этого месяца в номере 330 с ребёнком. 13 мы после того кака покинули номер, оставили чемоданы в камере хранения и пошли гулять. Пришли в Отель где-то Половино шестого вечера. Пока мы сидели в холе несколько раз подошли спросить во сколько мы уезжаем. Затем по приходу в Отель мы взяли свои чемоданы. Внутри чемодана последними я сложила свои брюки прада и футболку дольче габбана. Приехав в аэропорт мы сдали чемоданы на регистрации. Вылетели благополучно. Приехав домой открыв чемодан сверху где я сложила последними свои брюки и футболку -не было. ??? У вас есть Камеры хотелось бы чтобы просмотрели и помогли. Всё на совести и Ваш престиж. Говорят в Дубаи не воруют, что за воровство руку отрубают. Вещи дорогие, хотелось бы чтобы решили проблему и мне не пришлось ее дальше и громче поднимать

Thank you for staying at Flora Al Barsha Hotel and we are really concerned to see a review as such without even checking with us. Based on the mail communication directly with us we have enquired on the same in detail and we reconfirmed that we have got your clothes from the room itself and we have kept it safe in the lost & found department. Our camera recordings confirmed that you checked out on 13th January at 12:00 noon and went out of the hotel leaving your luggage's with us and you arrived back by 17:30 hrs and took the baggage's from us and was rearranging it next to the coffee shop. Later by 19:30 hrs you left the hotel.
Due to a busy day being a peak season, it took a while for the Housekeeping team to clean the room and only by that time they found the clothes and unfortunately they were not aware that your luggage's are still available with Front Office as you checked out by noon. Hence they recorded it in the lost and found and if at all they were aware that you are still in the hotel, they would have handed over it to you then and there.
We are understanding that you have posted this review on 15th January 2019 and we have received an email enquiring on the same from you on 16th January which was replied by the Asst Front Office Manager without any delay. Its very unfortunate that without even realizing the fact that you are accusing the hotel and its staff for no reason. We being a reputed hotel, we maintain the highest standards in guest services and our team is well trained to handle such situations and we have a close monitoring system to see that they are following that religiously. The hotel receives many valuables as lost and found, not only clothes and we keep that for 6 months with us to handover it back to the guests and later if there is no enquiry we handover the same to Dubai Police lost & found department as per the standing instructions.
We request your understanding based on the above reality and we request you to review us based on the actual experience with us.
