Regarding your below inquiry, Kindly be informed that we have 2 heated pools working normally during winter
Kindly be noted that at the Beach Bar only bottled beer is available with an extra charge and is not included in the All-Inclusive package.
However, guests are most welcome to enjoy beer served by the glasses as part of the All-Inclusive package from our Main Bar during the designated All-Inclusive hours.

Я брала отель только с условием подогрева. Всё таки мы же зимой к вам едем, море холодное. Хотелось бы покупаться в бассейне. А он холодный? Как так? Что нам теперь делать?
И второй вопрос. По поводу алкогольных напитков, которые входят в систему all inclusive. Поняла, что с этим проблема в отеле. Читала, что вино только в ресторане за обедом и ужином. В баре на пляже вообще есть алкоголь? Какой? Можно по подробнее. Где, в какое время и что подают.
