We stayed in your hotel from 5/09 till 13/09. We have chosen your hotel because of services listed in the hotel description: indoor and outdoor pool, wi-fi at the reception area and in the lobby (free for hotel and restaurant guests), currency exchange. But it turned out that there is no outdoor pool, currency exchange was closed during the whole our stay (with a note "Closed today") and wi-fi is against the charge. Why you posted false information about your hotel? We had a spoiled vacation because of that.
