Yes, all the Mountain View rooms have a balcony. All rooms have a safe that you can use for free, operational instructions are on the safe, but you can call reception for a maintenance staff member if you have any difficulties in programming it.
All rooms have a stocked mini-bar. If you would like to use the mini-bar for your own use, there is a rental fee of EUR6.00 per day, you can arrange this with the reception on your arrival.
