Добрый день. В скором времени собираемся в ваш отель. Беспокоит вопрос: как пережил отель недавний проливной дождь? Наверное, залило номера на 1 этаже? А нам нравится именно там жить.

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your next visit and we look forward to welcome you.
Please note that we didn't have any floods in the hotel or in the rooms and it was normal water leak from few places in the hotel.
