We have been staying at this hotel for 5 times already.We were greeted like relatives!Excellent location, promenade,park,market,rooms after renovation. The hotel is like an oasis island between skyscrapers.- We always take a room with a kitchen.Upon request, a pot, iron, ironing board, and clothes dryer are brought.If something is missing, after calling the reception, the problem is instantly solved.The food at the Holyday international Hotel is good.The breakfasts are good, there are few dishes, but there is enough of everything.The dinners are great.
I would like to mention Khabib's work separately, he helped us completely free of charge!Last year, our son lost his phone, as it turned out in a taxi when we were in the Dubai Mall.Khabib reviewed the hotel's surveillance cameras, found out the number of the taxi, contacted the service and brought us a phone!We have never seen such an attitude and care anywhere else!Thanks a lot to him too!
