My name is Kobzun Vitalii. I have a booking at your hotel starting from August 31, 2026 (booking under the name Kobzun).

We are very much looking forward to our stay. I would like to kindly ask for your assistance with two requests:

Quiet location. We would greatly appreciate a room in a peaceful area of the resort, away from possible noise (such as restaurants, pools with animation, or the main road), so that we can fully relax.
Proper sleeping arrangement for a third adult. We are three adults travelling together. We would kindly ask for a room with a permanent/stationary bed for the third guest, rather than a rollaway bed or a sofa bed, if at all possible. Comfortable sleep is very important to us.

أنا كوبزون فيتالي. لدي حجز في فندقكم بدءاً من 31 أغسطس 2026 (الحجز باسم Kobzun).

نتطلع كثيراً للإقامة في فندقكم. أود أن أطلب مساعدتكم في أمرين:

غرفة في مكان هادئ. نود بشدة الحصول على غرفة في منطقة هادئة من المنتجع، بعيداً عن الضوضاء المحتملة (مثل المطاعم أو المسابح التي بها أنشطة أو الطريق الرئيسي)، حتى نتمكن من الاسترخاء التام.
مكان نوم مناسب لشخص بالغ ثالث. نحن ثلاثة بالغين مسافرين معاً. نطلب غرفة تحتوي على سرير دائم لثالث شخص، بدلاً من سرير إضافي متحرك أو أريكة قابلة للتحويل، إذا كان ذلك ممكناً. النوم المريح مهم جداً بالنسبة لنا.
