Добрый день. Хотелось бы узнать , делается ли что-нибудь учитывая негативные отзывы . Например очереди в ресторанах, нехватка солонок и т. д. ,. в общем качество обслуживанию нужно бы поднять.... У меня с семьёй забронирован тур в ваш отель , хотелось бы приехать к вам ОТДЫХАТЬ, а не искать недостатки.
