Writing here for the hotel staff to see: your replies are awesome, your comments are very polite, I read many of them. Even if you don't reply in Russian, you understand very well the questions and provide tourists with useful and precise information. Some hotels never reply, some hotels reply with useless words. Not you!
I am not yet your tourists (looking for a hotel for september 2019), but your attitude here in comments make me like and respect you very much.
