Hello! We chose your hotel to spend our vacation (6 persons, Tez Tour operator), arrival - 30/09. I've read a lot of reviews on tophotels site, and now I'm worried about our trip.
1) Confirm our reservation: 13629 from 30/09 till 14/10 (14 days): Marusich Anna,Marusich Viacheslav,Kozeeva Nadezhda,Tverskoi Sergei,Tverskaia Elena,Tverskoi Ivan. Can we be sure, that we'll get clean rooms with functioning sanitary according to our voucher without paying extra? Is there a manager at the reception? What is his name? We don't want to spoil our parents' first visit to Egypt because of bad rooms.
2) We would like to stay in rooms with balcony/terrace.
3) Is there a TezTour representative in the hotel all the time?
4) Is there an animation team (in reviews - no).
5) How long does it take to get the beach? And at which hotel's territory is it situated?
