They are the members of one family who are occupying three deluxe rooms. We dearly request you to provide three connected rooms, or if it possible to give them three rooms which are situated next to each other on one floor.

The tourist ZHADAN NIKOLAY has got some difficulties walking and he is obliged to move in a wheelchair. Could it be possible to accommodate this guest in the room with the most convenient access / entrance to the room?
