Our tourists ( STAROKOSHKO ANASTASIA +LUGMANOV)complaint to us that someone has stolen money and pad from their room. Hotel administration gave them the vaucher for free accommodation in your hotel. They want to buy tickets from 24.08 till 04.09 2015 or may me a little late for 10 nights. They have a vaucher with the accommodation in your hotel and we want to confirm their staying for the following period. Please, confirm that it is free, as you previously promised?
