Madam,
We are happy to have Madam Vidmanova Natalia stay with us for the fourth time. We try to upgrade repeat guest in suites as and when we have a free suite to give an upgrade. However , this time we are not in a position to do so as all our suites are booked/ sold out . We will try to upgrade her to a suite if possible. This position has been explained to the guest who was kind enough to understand.
