I practically don't speak foreign language, so I have a question: 1/ Is there a russian speaking staff at the front desk and in the restaurant? Menu in russian? Hotel information? We would like a room with a joint swimming pool on a few rooms.
Questions: 2. Do I understand correctly that you have a pool for 2 to 6 rooms?3. Are there a twin beds or a double bed? 4. After booking, is it possible to write you our preferences of accommodation? For example, on the upper floor, if there is no available rooms with a joint pool. Do our preferences take into consideration if it is possible? 5. do you have an air condition in every room (not only with joint pool) Do you have a central or individual conditioning? 6. Do you have a kettle in the room? 7. We will book BB,but could you send me all inclusive concept on my email? May be I will change my mind. 8. Could I pay for all inclusive in the hotel? How much should I pay for an adult and a child of 13 years old? Could I pay in the middle of my vacation? 9. Is it true that there are turtles and fish in the river? If yes, do you have an entrance to the river and how deep is it? Is fishing permited? ( It is fun for my son not a real catch) I am sorry for a lot of questions.
