Good afternoon! My name is Stepanova Ekaterina,​ I booked a tour to your hotel on 01/31/2020 through Anex tour, for myself and my family. Our long-awaited vacation supposed to begin on 03/06/2020 till 17.06.2020. Due to the pandemic, our vacation was postponed to 2021, from 02.06.2021 to 15.06.2021. Unfortunately flights to Turkey got cancelled again during those dates and we couldnt go on our long planned vacation.

We are willing to reschedule it for the same dates for 2022, but you do not confirm the pandemic applications for 2022 while maintaining the cost. Please clarify whether this is true or not? The same dates are from 02.06.2022 to 15.06.2022 and the tour is transferred to 2022 with the preservation of all parameters. Anex tour denies this opportunity for us, even though we paid 100% in advance for the tour almost 2 years ago!
