Hello! We planned to book a room in your hotel, but we change our mind because of the bad reviews. We don't want to spoil our own vacation. What happened in your hotel? We read the reviews and they all awful! Do you do something to fix the situation? I suppose after so many bad reviews you loose the 5 star hotel status and the hotel reputation!!!
