Hello! We booked a room in your hotel for our daughter (22 years old), from 28/07 till 12/08, reservation number 11458826X-WE. We're worried because it's the first time she travels alone. She speaks Spanish and English but still can we order a transfer from the airport? How can we do that? And please, tell us how to get to the airport by public transport. Please, provide her a good room with at least a little part of the sea view. Is extra payment needed for that? Are drinks against the charge if full board system? Is there water for free for lunch and dinner?
