I.m Dmitriy, tourist from Russia. Me and my wife won a tour yesterday to your Hotel Caribe in lottery :). Tour included transfer, appartments(standart room), free visit to PortAventura and BB system from 20 to 27 September.
And i have some questions:
1. Can we change our standart room to San Juan room or can we choose block near pool with pool view?
2. Can we change food system from BB to HB?
3. Check please our reserve from 20 september. Abramov Family - 2 adults.
