Basically it will be depending on the booking and payment condition which guest has book. We do have room with a higher rate however it can be payment upon arrival. And we do have also a room with a cheaper rate but it is advance payment and non-refundable and upon making the booking any time that the payment will be deducted from the credit card of the guest.
