извините :) неправильно в ответе указала дату ...фактически была в отеле сентябрь-октябрь 2020г

была в отеле - сентярь-октябрь 2021 _ персонал разговаривает в основном на турецком. На английском - как говорится "со словарем". На русском 1-2 человека на ресепшн и тоже с трудом

It is a big problem in your hotel with English speaking-understanding managers!! 5 minutes asking me 20 times same questions: room number, are you manager, hold on,and again the same... pearson should at list to understand how to check the request number!! Lost time((
