A travel company from Ukraine worries.
Our tourists are now resting with you, at the Cinnamon Bey hotel on 08.01.2021-26.01.2021.
And they have very big complaints and claims to the hotel:
1. They constantly burn foliage under their windows.
2. They have very old and dilapidated mattresses and have been bitten by bugs all over their backs.
3. They constantly do not have enough food, it is simply not in the hotel,
the tourists are hungry.
4. There is no water pressure in the shower.
5.the bed for the third person is short, he does not sleep properly
6. No fruit
7. cockroaches in the room all the time
8. Air conditioning does not work and only buzzes to the whole room
