    Расположен в парковой зоне в 25 км от Ялты. В пансионате: киноконцертный зал, кафе, бары, бильярд, теннисные корты, настольный теннис, дайвинг-центр, причал-эллинг, прокат пляжного инвентаря и водных аттракционов, автостоянка. Главный корпус (11 этажей, лифты) - 300 м до пляжа, в корпусе располагаются 1-2-местные номера с удобствами, 3-комнатные "люксы", 6-комнатные апартаменты. Пансионат введён в эксплуатацию в июле 2002 г. Пляж галечный благоустроенный. 3-разовое питание. В номере: 1-2-местный номер (24/32 м2 ) с удобствами (совмещённый санузел с душем).
