    Месторасположение: Расположен 18 км. от г. Кострома, на лесном берегу, в месте слияния рек Волги и Покши, занимает обширную территорию в 32 гектара. (370км. от Москвы). Количество номеров: 5-ти этажный панельный корпус, номера с частичными и со всеми удобствами. Пансионат предлагает своим гостям номера различной комфортности, одно, двух, трех и четырехместные  расположенные на трех этажах (2,3,4) Пансионата. После реконструкции был открыт новый гостиничный блок.  24 современных комфортабельных одно и двухместных номера, оборудованных по евростандарту Описание номеров: «Люкс» одноместный (9 номеров) Однокомнатный номер.
