I've found your hotel on the Booking.com and got interested in the "Superior Studio Apartment with Sea View" offer. However, I have a couple of questions - could you please clarify?

1. Is that possible to rent the room on the latest (the highest) levels, so that sea view is not blocked by other buildings and trees?

2. Could you please clarify whether the personal balcony is separated from the neighboring ones?

3. Is there a rule that these apartments (including the balcony) are smoke free?
