Villa Oleander Just a few meters from the beach of Agios Onoufrios in the Akrotiri Prefecture, a seven-bedroom villa will definitely take your breath away. Situated in a hilltop countryside location very close to the sea and the town. With its airy spaces, luxurious amenities, and its multifaceted character amiable to all ages, this villa is the ideal choice for big family gatherings or a big group of friends who want to live a memorable summer experience in one of the most beautiful Greek island.

Divided into two levels with a total living space of 500 sqm, with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, Villa Oleander, can comfortably accommodate up to 16 persons (14 adults & 2 children).

Villa Oleander is designed to pamper guests with all comforts engaging meticulous taste, as well as automated technology that simplifies the overall living experience and fulfills your every single need. A careful blend between modern and traditional yields sophisticated results and creates an ever-stylish fusion.

Indoors, both levels have spacious open-plan living areas with a fireplace and a dining area, there are three living areas in total. Each floor has its own fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, two bathrooms (per floor) and there is also direct access either to the garden areas or to the beautiful terraces from all the rooms and living areas.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the rest four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Amongst other highlights, there are plenty of balconies and private terraces ensuring plenty of natural light in all the areas, high ceilings, airy rooms, bright and breezy spacious kitchens immediately accessing the interior as well as the exterior dining sections. There is also a thoughtful separation of each area/rooms in order to grant guests absolute privacy.

Outdoors, a hidden paradise waits for you to relax day and night: a magnificent open-air setting equipped with a big swimming pool with salt water systems, an inviting barbeque area and a dining area shaded by a pergola suitable for 14 guests. Extensive gardens and terraces some with sea view and others with a garden view provide a fitting backdrop to the pool while the surrounding scenery offers an ideal atmosphere.

There is also ample space for parking (covered & uncovered).

The villa is surrounded by a large garden with plenty of olive trees, aromatic herbs and flowers planted throughout.
