Good afternoon!
We have booked a trip to your hotel in February, from the 7th to the 12th. However, we saw information that there will be renovations at the Insula pools. Since we have booked a room with the Posh Club concept, we have a question.
Upon check-in, will we be placed in a room where the renovations will be happening directly outside our door? We don't want to spoil our vacation and birthday celebration with unpleasant experiences.
