o    Antique hotel U Krále Karla is a romantic hotel located directly beneath the Prague Castle. The hotel building is one of the most picturesque landmarks in Malá Strana. It is situated directly beneath the ramparts of Prague Castle and is a part of the world-renowned "Royal Route". The original Gothic building belonging to the Benedictine Order was transformed into the Baroque house "Three Roses" in 1639. In 1993 the building was sensitively reconstructed and the newly opened hotel offers its guests 19 exceptionally comfortable rooms combining modern luxury with the spirit of a bygone era. The hotel features original antique furniture and its replicas, wooden ceilings from the 14th century with beams and original paintings, a stylish historic lobby bar with fireplace and cozy restaurant offering international cuisine with Czech specialties.
