тройка есть тройка!!!!

Посещали остров в конце июля , посмотрели рейтинг отеля и были приятно удивлены, что у тройки такие высокие оценки. Но увы!!! Внутри отель больше напоминает общежитие, полы в номере( № 114) были грязными, это очень хорошо ощущаешь босыми ногами.За все время их так и не помыли ни разу. Единоразовая уборка состояла в том, что прибавился рулон туалетной бумаги. Сломанная ножка на кровати ребенка это вообще отдельный минус, мусор из номера приходилось выставлять в коридор. Питание соответствует тройке. Единственный плюс -это большой балкон с видом на море!!!!! На острове впервые, очень понравилось .планируем на следующий год прилететь снова , присмотрели по соседству с отелем апартаменты ( сдают русские)!!!!

Thank you for your constructive comments.
Please allowed us to let you know that the rooms ( triple) we use a brand new sofa for a bed. There are no broken legs as you mentionned, as all of them are brand new. We checked our history books to truck any complaints we had during your stay, and it is with a big surprise that I haven't seen any comments or complaints from yourside. We double-checked it with your REP but it seems you haven't mentionned anything to us or to the REP to try at least to solve the issue.

As you could read for our Hotel description, we do have a Housekeeping service every 3 days.
I would also like to clarify you again, as we did during your stay, that we can't upgrate ( change room) if we do not have availabilities. We wish we could upgrate you but unfortunatly the hotel was fully booked.

Thank you for your comments for the room (4) and the food (4) but the service review(2), we find it a bit strict as it doesn't represent what we offer.

We wish you could change you mind on that.
