Заселили с отель самых последних, ресепшн потерял наши документы, пришлось подождать.

На просьбу принести ребенку тапочки отель никак не отреагировал, просьба отремонтировать/заменить фен тоже остались без внимания

Накануне вечером не было электричества в номера, ни какой реакции, только после скандала решили, что в 12 ночи надо что-то делать.

Питание в этом году скромнее намного, но неплохо.

Анимация слабая, детской почти нет.
