Il Mercato 5*

Dear travellers, i would like to leave feedback about Il Mercato, where i was happily spend my marvelouse days over past may holidays. The hotel was chosen from the reviews and general information. From the first sight i felt in love and felt i was home. The front office, reception are very polite, smily, kind and respectful to all my matters, arrival was easy and fast. Staff is well dressed, uniforms are ironed and feels that the hotel keep good ranking to present the custovers high level of hospitality in many ways. I had a promo room, getting it i was prepared that it would take a while to walk from the main building, but 7 minutes is nothing for a young girl, breathing fresh air and enjoying sun every day. Room was cleaned, well prepared for the arrival. All my small requests, like to bring the iron or help with some recommendation for sightseeing, or etc were just immidiatly done. I was just imazed how the attention is paid to everyone and everything. If you need a helping hand with anything all the requests are put on the list and immidiatly taken the attention to fo it. I have spotted it and asked the reception about the management, so sure 100% it is the best hotel for hospitalily. I had some small requests and came to the reseption to ask how , in 5 minutes i was given a new room without extra money as a choice, checked everything and made a deal i would move there. Food-is AMAZING....variety and quality is so so high, gained around 3 kg :). Waiters are nice and polite. At first evening i ate some spicy food (which is not exceptable for me, by mistake i took it) and felt terrible. From the first glance at me, the head of the service staff realised there was something wrong and brought me drinks, sour cream and milk to release the attack. Since that time i was shown which food is not suitable for me. Chief and cookers knew my choices were happy to please me. Waiters easily remember your preferable drinks, great you with smile all time and present good manners. Just loved the atmosphere in the hotel. I really really felt i was like home, especially getting to know managemnet staff (Aziz, Mohamed), animation team, all responsible people for any issues. Thank you very much to all of you, who made my stay comfortable, easy, with great sence of desire to come back. You do a great job. Highly recommended hotel and will be back soon again.

By the way no matter what nationality your are, all are treated equaly. Just try to find positive moments, look around you will feel happiness.
