Полночью разочарованы отдыхом !Было много мелких...

Полностью разочарованы отдыхом !Было много мелких недоразумений ,но мы закрывали глаза ,но за 2 дня до вылетала у нас украли деньги из сейфа!!!Код был достаточно простой , украли 200 дол(у меня и у подружки) у каждой по 100.Мне подложили вместо 100 купюры 10 дол ,которые лежали между остальными купюрами, видимо ,что бы не сразу заметила пропажу .Самое неприятное было потом - сотрудники и шеф отеля сказали,что это ваш сейф, код знали только вы и отгадать невозможно!Ничем не можем помочь или компенсировать.Ну можете обратиться в полицию.

Вообщем завтра домой ,а впечатления об этом отеле,сотрудниках и уровне обслуживания,а главное безопасности!Будьте осторожны ,не храните деньги в сейфе или же придумывайте сложные комбинации.

We want you to know that we sincerely regret reading that your family holiday at IBEROSTAR XXXXX did not completely live up to your expectations and we are very grateful for the time you have taken to share this constructive feedback of your holiday experience in our hospitality. We always welcome the opinions of our guests as they provide us an insight into areas of our hotel through their eyes and we believe that if an area of our hotel has room for improvement we will endeavor to do so.

It is very unfortunate to read that we were unable to transmit how important it is to us and how much we care about our personnel being absolutely guest orientated and helpful in every way. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that in order to avoid uncomfortable situations, suspicious against our employees, gaps of credibility or lack of confidence by our customers. For this reason we provide safes to all our guests. We are awfully sorry about the incident but without the relevant complaint made to the police there is very little that we can do. We suggested helping you by contacting the police which you declined. Of course, we remain alert and we will undertake the necessary and appropriate measures in the event of detecting that such a serious infringement is committed by a staff member.

Please rest assured that we have taken the concern you mention seriously and we will be taking every possible measure at an operational level to prevent the issues you reported happening again in the future. Your comments are invaluable in helping us create and maintain the ideal customer service experience for the future and we hope you will allow us another opportunity to show you that your experience has been an exception to a rule of dedicated and bespoke service.
