The personnel deceive people.
The personnel deceive people. I stayed in this hotel 20.08.16. At first they didn't meet at airport. The second I didnt like dust on tables. But bed was white and clean. Also there were showergel, balsam and etc. After a shower I had put on white ( not soft, uncomfortable, ) a bathroom gown and wrapped my hair with a towel. I had coloured my hair before arriving. There was red colour on gown and towel. Then the personnel of hotel asked $30. I was surprised because the price of a gown most $5. Towel of $3. (The photo is applied). As a result I paid $25. One day later I stayed in Izmir. In Izmir the personnel of hotel were surprised because on their opinion personnel of Golden Rose had to wash at first and then asked money. Today I washed a towel and a bath gown. They became white. Paint disappeared quickly. For me$25 isn't much but it is rude, not good attitude to tourists.
