Все негативные отзывы, которые написаны здесь про этот отель - абсолютная правда! Отель красивый только издалека и на фото, на что собственно и повелись при выборе(( Персонал откровенно хамит, в отеле жутко грязно, всё сломано, не убираются вообще! В столовой нет нормальной посуды, нет нормальной еды, кушать там противно, питаться пришлось в основном в ближайших кафе. Не тратьте свои деньги и нервы на этот отель, даже если он на 5-10 тысяч будет дешевле остальных 4 звездочных отелей, не пожалейте, доплатите и отдыхайте спокойно, но в другом отеле. Отель очень испортил общее впечатление о Болгарии((
