До центральной площади пешком до 15 мин. Рядом кафе и рестораны, большой супермаркет на Народной улице. Номер небольшой, но не тесный, кровать двуспальная. Все работает, не дует, ничем не пахнет) Хороший недорогой вариант в центре.
