I don't know all the names at the reception but Alexandra is so cute! Я не знаю всех имён на reception, но Александра - такая милая! The blond beautiful English-speaking woman ( sorry, I don't know her name) is so kind and pleasant! Англо-говорящая блондинка (извините, не знаю её имени) - такая добрая и приятная! The women and the men at the reception are communicative and always ready to help. Эти женщины и мужчины на reception общительные и всегда готовы помочь. Thanks a lot! Спасибо большое!
