Cascadas Family Resort

The place is really great. Good rooms, a lot of swimming pools. But the slides in 2 out of 3 of the kids swimming pools are made from metal, and therefore pretty slippery. The other swimming pool has the slides from plastic, and that works good.

But just don't go to the restaurant, the service is really terrible. They work with very young employees who don't understand anything. Luckily there are a lot of restaurants in Sunny Beach, so really no issue to go somewhere else.

The service at the desk is ok, but they do not have enough people to help, su you need to be patient.
