The hotel itself is very nice, a comfortable place to have a rest. I was in this hotel 4 times during this year and each day I spent there was perfect. Good location, the sea is in 200 m far form the hotel, the beach is very good. Food is tasty, the variety is good. Animation team is perfect, there are always some activities during the day and also in the evening - thanks to Sabri and the girls: Zhenya, Dasha, Ira. Barmen are also very nice and friendly.

In general, that's the best place for families, including those with children. For young people, for companies of friends there could be not so joyful as in some other hotels, but still that's a very good place to have a rest.

Just one bad thing. Their guest relation manager behaves inappropriately with lonely girls. First time when I came to the hotel he said that he wanted to have some relationships with me and in this case I could have some privileges in the hotel. Later he changed his mind and said that I even shouldn't talk to him, so he became very rude with me and last time I came I was not able to resolve some problems which I had in this hotel because he behaved as if I'm not present at all, even didn't say hello to me.

In addition, once I needed to exchange 100 dollars to lira, but all banks were already closed and he said that he could exchange it for me at hotel reception. But after I gave him my money he said that he lost it and didn't get it back to me.

I think that hotel top management should pay their attention to this man's behavior as it's really inappropriate for hotel staff to propose personal relationships to guests and to behave this way when there are no such relationships.
