I'll start with some positive things about this place. The apartments are spacious, well equipped, great views and in a great area. That being said, the staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. We called three times to get some extra blankets and they told us the staff was not on duty, they weren't able to bring us today, "maybe" tomorrow and they will write it down and someone will be there tomorrow. Only then when we pushed on them, they provided with all necessary things we asked for.

The terrible thing that happened to us was so unpleasant!!!In a nutshell, if for you the safety is number one - NEVER stay there!!! They claim that it's safe there but actually it's not at all. There isn't any safe in your room, no Security Cameras and Video Surveillance Systems in corridors and halls, anyone from the staff is free to sneak into your room and take money from your personal things. These thieves don't take all money, but some banknotes to make this theft seem like an accidental loss. That's exactly what happened to us. We reported and talked to the operations manager about this terrible event and their reaction was "cold and help-free". They are not British and as they said - "We are all foreigners here. Corridors were not being cleaned regularly and there was a strange smell from the carpets. Please, note that there was no cleaning the whole week of our stay. If the bin is full you need to take it out to the rubbish chute on the first floor. My advice is please look elsewhere, because "fully serviced" actually means "we'll service it when we feel like it" and in London, there are much more SAFE places than that one. And with the amount you pay to stay here, you could do better elsewhere
