Its the most horrible hotel I have ever seen in my life. We went with the children’s, the rooms is so nasty, unclean, when they change the towels they put back the towels from the floor. Children didn’t had what to eat. Everyday the same eggs, vegetables gross, for the kids the ice cream is just from 12:30-13:30 and if you want to get it later you’ll have to pay . And then you come to take some ice cream, you will have to wait maybe 10 min in the crowd.We order and paid with all inclusive. Internet works just sometimes in the reception. The pools where children is playing and swimming is without any lifeguards. People don’t go in here. You just loose your money . Other people was also complaining coming to me and asking what to do because they saw that I complained a lot. We went to eat in the city every day . When you come to take a drink you can take just 2glasses. They don’t give you more . Even when we are 4 people . I can write and write about everything but I say just don’t go there people be thoughtful.
