Complaint - does not affect the rating
deliberate cancellation
Unfortunately hotel deliberately canceled my reservation by the reason of my credit card is invalid. Meanwhile i've booked flight tickets day before and paid in a shop day later with the same card, have made orders in internet but only this hotel could not handle my card. Probably because of high season and i made reservation for a little money significantly advance. Current price is 4 times higher than i've booked.
