The staff of this hotel spoiled the rest. We were family in this hotel from 6-17 / 7

First about the good: beautiful sea, clean territory, excellent diving center. Thanks very much Natalie, Lisa and Mahy from the kid's club, our son was happy to spend time there

And now the whole truth about this hotel: the room is all broken, the food is not tasty, the kid's pool is not cleaned. But the worst thing is that this hotel can hit the child and the manager will not do anything.

My son is 7 years old, he is curious, so he accidentally went into the room where the animators are sitting. The child didn`t touch anything, but the DJ Sheko hit his foot in the back and led him out into the street. The child was crying very much, but the DJ said that he did nothing and the child is lying. After this situation, I turned to the hotel manager, but he did nothing, only made promises.

In a bar where this same DJ does a disco, it's impossible to listen to music, because music or Dutch 50's or rap with terrible words. When we asked to include other music, the DJ Sheko loudly shouted at us and said that he was tired and wanted to go home, so only that kind of music would be. We noticed that this DJ is selling drugs to the hotel staff, but we were not surprised, because this is Egypt.

Animation in the hotel is soft, evening shows are boring. Only my son was happy to go to the mini disco.

Rest was spoiled, so in three corners we will not return and will not advise anyone to this hotel
