Отдыхали в 6-ом всего 4 дня.
Заселили сразу в 10 утра. У нас два номера:DB и famyli, оператор обещал двухкомнатный номер, НО В ЭТОМ ОТЕЛЕ таких номеров нет, дали большой с 4-мы кроватями с выходом к бассейну( пришлось поменять так как кровати были детские и пахло сыростью, поменяли быстро). С детьми в этих номерах шумновато, т.к до 11 там играет музыка.
Второй номер маленький на 5 этаже, лифт приходилось ждать( спускались чаще пешком).
Что бы купаться без проблем пришлось купить специальную обувь 6-7 евро за пару.
Еды хватало, очередей не было, отель был не полный. Кормили в Главном ресторане и баре у пляжа.
Вай-фай ловил даже в комнате-бесплатно.
Отношение персонала к русским мне показалось пренебрежительным. Для аниматоров нас не было вообще.
Отдохнули хорошо, но от Греции ожидали большего!

Dear Customer. First of all e would like kindly to thank you for choosing our Dessole Hotel"Olympos Beach" for your vacations. Hotel provides Dbl rooms and Family rooms. Family rooms are quite few in different floors.We can not guarantee that all rooms Dbl & Sgl can be next to each other. Rooms by the pool are also Family for 4 pers.. Music stops at 23.00 h.from animation. We advertise that Hotel provides animation! 2 Lifts for clients plus 2 elevators for service are quite enough to cover this kind of Hotel and we never had any comment. During busy hours, lift could take only few minnutes to be there for everybody. That's quite logical!
The behaviour of staff is equal to all guests coming from quite different countries!
Greece offers much more,the only thing you have to discover!
Capacity of the Hotel during July 2018 was approx. 92 % .Enough staff ,enough equipment in every place in order to provide the best possible services to our customers!
