Единственный плюс-это вид из номера 32. На Кремль и Волгу.

За 5 дней уборки-0.

Замена полотенец и белья-0.

(В последний день женщина сама принесла в номер свежие полотенца, спасибо ей за это)

Чай,кофе,гель и шампунь-каждый день приходилось идти к администраторам и брать.(всегда были удивлены).

Вода в кулере на этаже закончилась на второй день. Так и не поменяли.

Мусор несколько раз сами выносили из номера.

Отель неплохой. Месторасположение хорошее. Необходимо провести чистку рядов персонала.
