Price - overrated, this is definately NOT a 5* hotel. Location - the beach is very poor and you will take your life in your hands crossing a really busy road to get to it. Rooms - basic, NOT 5*. Restaurants - average, not much choice. Bars - poor service, although you will have an All Inclusive band the staff are surly and unhelpful. In the disco and some other bars you will be charged extra even though you are All Inclusive. Staff - Manager and Reception staff are very unhelpful. Hotel itself - doesn't look like the picture on the website (this is an artists impression) and most public areas are poorly lit and depressing. The marble floors are extremely hazardous when wet. Save your money and go somewhere else! The Russian staff in this hotel are treated very badly!
