Visited the hotel for the second time and the city of Ajman for the third time
The hotel is 80% justifies its name Luxury Collection there are initial disadvantages in the design of the hotel(a small area , a small beach and a small main restaurant. The rooms are lovely. Interior design is good. Pools are good. Our family liked the rest. The hotel is wonderful we were accepted , had a wonderful vacation and we carried to Dubai airport. The transfer from the airport and back was perfectly provided by the hotel for my large family of 6 people. Irina at the reception kindly provided the rooms we wanted and escorted us to the floor when checking in. Irina helped to solve all our problems and continued to solve them quickly throughout the rest of the family. Thank you Michele Frignani, General Manager, Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort for a present from the hotel associated with the re-arrival to the hotel. We loved the hotel on our second visit after a 4 year break. The downside is the staff's job of cleaning and cleaning the rooms constantly forgetting to do or put something-for them the rating is satisfactory. My room № 723-725. The restaurant does not have variety on the menu, but I loved it Safi Restaurant to its dishes, in the Arabic restaurant I went 1 time. OUR STAY was a success all 12 days and thanks to the hotel. I do not exclude that my family will come back to this hotel.
