Jumeirah Al Qasr 5*

I shared my card details for deposit purpose during check in, they have blocked 4000 DHS. during check out, hotel stuff informed me that only 2000 DHS have been used during stay, and they will return the rest amount within few hours, I asked again...and they confirmed that the rest amount will be released to card within 1 day maximum. It is already month past, and NOT ONLY remaining amount WAS NOT RELEASED TO CARD, but On top of blocked amount of 4000 DHS, they took from my card additional 2000 dhs. I contacted hotel, they wrote me 2 mails that will fix, but nothing happened....

I am disappointed with such a luxury hotel and would not recommend it :(

I hope hotel management is tracking feedback on TopHotels and will help to release my money back.
