Ужасно, не ожидала такого, уборка 0, за руку приводили просили убрать, за 15 дней балкон не разу не мыли, еще и в последние дни цепочку украли, лежала в кошельке, в сумке, воровство видимо в этом отели процветает, 415 номер! надеюсь виновные будут наказаны 23-24 мая обнаружили, в эти дни украли! нечего хорошего не могу сказать про этот отель! не рекомендую не кому! Наверное это была месть тайки - уборщицы за придирчивых гостей.
